Based at the edge of the indigenous forest, Natural High offers the adventure enthusiast an amazing variety of activities including abseiling, archery, guided forest walks, mountain biking, kayaking, obstacle courses and a host of teambuilding pursuits. With 10 mountain bikes available (helmets and gloves provided), Natural High has marked out some fantastic routes through both the indigenous forest and forestry tracks. The view from the top of the ridge is magnificent and after some steep inclines, provides an excellent excuse to take a well deserved break! These tracks are ideal MTB territory and a perfect way to explore the area. For those who prefer less energetic rides there are a wonderful selection of gentle but superbly scenic routes for the family outing.
Kayaking the local waters is also an extremely popular activity. Using super-stable Sit-on-Top tandem kayaks, Natural High can cater for small or large groups of up to 24 people. If its water games you want or to simply enjoy exploring the natural beauty of the area while watching the wealth of bird life which live around the local dams, then an afternoon or morning kayaking on the water is the perfect activity. Braai areas are situated at both Wriggleswade and Gubu dam making them the ideal spots for a day of water based fun. Natural High's 7m tower provides the perfect opportunity to overcome your fear of heights and helps build confidence by learning to abseil under the watchful eye of a qualified guide. For those more experienced, rock abseiling can be arranged on the local cliffs. Or why not try to hone your skills in the ancient art of archery. Using both compound and recurve bows, instruction will be given at the target range. An obstacle course provides an hour or so of great amusement and fun, not just for kids but for team building activities too. Within a short space of time, the obstacles will be tackled by a well tuned team working together. Or if a more leisurely pastime is required, the outstandingly beautiful indigenous forest with its many waterfalls is perfect for picturesque walks.
